New Building Update: August 18, 2026

Construction Progress and Updates

• Front pillars with engraved bricks have been completed. (some minor cracking in mortar has
  been observed, repairs will be made)
• All plans for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing have been completed and provided to the
  Township. Have approval to proceed.
• HVAC equipment has been ordered. Contractor is asking for a down payment, expect invoice.
  Planning for HVAC equipment to arrive next week.
• Final site grading will follow immediately after the rear patio is installed.
• Egress window installation in progress, 3 of 4 have been installed.
  • Underground conduit for parking lot lighting was interfering with north east egress
    window. Conduit was re-routed to accommodate egress window installation. (~$2k)
• Low-voltage (communication wiring) can be installed at this time. TLN will be consulted and help
  with coordinating installation.
